Clare Murphy is a family law lawyer and practices in all areas of family law. She has experience assisting clients with divorce and common law separation, division of family property and debt, spousal and child support, parenting arrangements, separation agreements and marriage and cohabitation agreements. Clare approaches all of her cases with empathy and skill and always aims to provide her clients with practical solutions that fit each family’s needs.

Clare earned her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University, Faculty of Law in 2020. During law school, she served as a member on the equity and admissions committees, volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and was a student caseworker at the Queen’s Family Law Clinic. Prior to Law School she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and History at McGill University.

Clare is an avid traveller, novice scuba diver and dog lover.
