Harsandal Lally is a family law lawyer who practices in all areas of family law, including divorce and separation, parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, protection orders, and matters involving family violence. She has represented clients at both the Provincial and Supreme Court levels and has experience conducting trials in Provincial Court. Harsandal approaches each matter with professionalism, compassion, and a practical, client-focused perspective, working with clients to develop solutions tailored to their unique circumstances.
Harsandal earned her Juris Doctor (High Distinction) from Bond University in Australia, where she developed a strong foundation in advocacy, negotiation, and dispute resolution. Prior to pursuing law, she completed a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology from Simon Fraser University.
Before beginning her legal career, Harsandal worked extensively in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, supporting individuals experiencing mental health challenges, substance use issues, and homelessness. This experience continues to shape her empathetic and thoughtful approach to advocacy and client service.
Outside of her practice, Harsandal enjoys watching true crime documentaries and movies, and spending time with her family, including her young daughter.
